Wished all a Happy New Year. Attended the Treasure Coast 25 Regional Planning Council; Attended the Chamber Business Before Hours Event honoring 26 Armed Services; Attended the Carol Singers and thanked Betty Sither for all her hard work 27 putting the event together; February ih is the Palm Beach Gardens High School Magnet 28 Program Job Shadowing Day 29 Council Member Joseph Russo: Wished everyone a Happy New Year; congratulated Council 30 Member Levy and Mayor Premuroso on their Alma Mater winning the National Championship; 31 directed the City Manager to end all work on proposed site for a baseball stadium, assist Palm 32 Beach County in any knowledge of negotiations as they proceed to find another site, and if 33 anything is proposed for the site it comes to City Council first for discussion. Council Member 34 Jablin made a motion for Council Member Russo suggestions, Council Member Tinsley 35 seconded, motion passed 4-1 with Council Member Levy opposing 36 Vice Mayor Eric Jablin: January 1oth and 11th is the Complete Works of William Shakespeare 3 7 on Veterans Plaza. 38 Mayor Robert Premuroso: Attended the City's Veterans Golf Classic on December 7th and 39 thanked staff for their hard work regarding the renovations; announced the event is in its seventh 40 year and has raised over $170,000 for veterans; encouraged residents to see the new golf course 41 and play; thanked County Commissioner Hal Valeche, Former County Commissioner Karen 42 Marcus, Former Congressman Mark Foley, and Former Tequesta Council Member Calvin 43 Turnquest for attending the meeting 44 VI. CITY MANAGER REPORT 45 Introduced Michael Southard, Fire Chief to present the City's P.O.P.S (Paperless Operational 46 Planning System); Deputy Fire Chief Dave DeRita and Division Chief James Ippolito provided 4 7 the presentation and video for the program.
