Correction Requirements
Immediately address: The roof of the home has become a nest for a colony of
Bats. This poses a risk of the Health, Safety and Welfare of the neighboring
community. Bat feces and urine are a danger to humans and other animal
species. The Bats must be removed and all access points sealed by a licensed
animal removal service.
