7 The regular meeting was called to order at 8:31 a.m. by Chair Marciano.

12 PRESENT: Chair Mark Marciano, Vice-Chair L. Marc Cohn, Mark Feldmesser, Mark Schulte,

15 ALSO PRESENT: Finance Administrator, Staff Liaison Allan Owens; Deputy Finance
16 Administrator, Alternate Staff Liaison Mary Anderson-Pickle, Sean O'Brien, Accounting &
17 Financial Reporting Director
18 V. ELECTION OF OFFICERS:

20 Board Member Feldmesser nominated Mark Marciano for Chair.
21 Board Member Cohn seconded.
22 Nomination passed 5-0.
23 2. Election of Vice Chair
24 Board Member Feldmesser nominated L. Marc Cohn for Vice-Chair.
25 Chair Marciano seconded.
26 Nomination passed 5-0.
27 VI. ADDITIONS, DELETIONS, MODICIFICATIONS

29 VII. APPROVAL OF MINUTES for the September 3, 2013 Meeting.
30 Board Member Cohn made a motion to approve the September 3, 2013 Minutes.
31 Board Member Feldmesser seconded.
32 Motion passed 5-0.

36 1. FY2014/2015 Budget Calendar
37 Finance Administrator, Staff Liaison Allan Owens introduced City staff Mary Anderson-
38 Pickle, Deputy Finance Administrator and Sean O'Brien, Accounting and Financial Reporting
39 Director; Deputy Finance Administrator Mary Anderson-Pickle presented the FY2015
40 budget calendar and provided an update on the Police Benevolent Association Contract.

43 XI. NEW BUSINESS
44 Chair Marciano encouraged board members to vote in the March 11th election; Board Member
45 Cohn thanked fellow board members and City staff for rescheduling the meeting to an earlier
46 date.
