7 The regular meeting was called to order at 8:31 a.m. by Chair Marciano.

19 Board Member Cohn made a motion to approve the March 6, 2014 Minutes.
20 Board Member Feldmesser seconded.
21 Motion passed 5-0.

35 Board Member Cohn informed the Board the bond to begin construction of the infrastructure of
36 the Briger Tract will be issued in July. Discussion ensued.
