6 The regular meeting was called to order at 7:03p.m. by Mayor Premuroso.

24 Tequesta All Aboard Workshop; Attended the Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council
25 Meeting; Attended the All Aboard Florida Workshop in Evergreene; Attended the Recreation
26 Advisory Board Meeting; Attended Frenchman's Creek Tea Event; Attended the Food and Wine
27 event at Legacy Place; Reported the Greenmarket will be moving indoors beginning May 11th;
28 Met with School Board Member Michael Murcio, Palm Beach State College Provost and the
29 Business Development Board regarding an initiative that will be discussed under Items for
30 Council Discussion; Requested the City's website includes a link regarding information about
31 All Aboard Florida; Attended Ballenisles Charity Foundation; suggested closing fields on
32 Election Day
33 Council Member Joseph Russo: Thanked Steve Tarr for initiating Video on Demand for City
34 Council Meetings; requested a press release regarding the City's pension report; requested ideas
35 for the Charter Review Committee
36 Vice Mayor Eric Jablin: Attended the Amanda Buckley Golf Tournament; Reported the
3 7 Greenmarket will be moving indoors beginning May 11th; Mentioned his concerns regarding All
38 Aboard Florida; Requested the City host an All Aboard Florida Workshop; Congratulated Mayor
39 Premuroso for a great job for the State of City Address; Thanked Jamie Voss for her help with
40 the State of the City event;
41 Mayor Robert Premuroso: Thanked Ballenlsles and Frenchman's Creek for their charitable
42 donations; Presented the State of the City Address and thanked Jaime Voss for her hard work;
43 Reported Palm Beach Gardens Elementary will be adding a Hydroponic Garden to their campus
44 as a part of their new magnet program, Palm Beach Gardens Elementary will be first elementary
45 school in the county that will have this program; Reported the Duncan Middle School girls '
46 basketball team won the county championship; Reported A venir will have a meeting at
4 7 Doubletree Hotel regarding their findings and encouraged residents to attend; Palm Beach
48 Gardens Historical Society will meet on Wednesday May 14th, speaker will be Harvey

XI. ITEMS FOR COUNCIL ACTION/DISCUSSION
Council Member Tinsley reported that she would like to create an Education Economic
Initiative where the City provides local businesses with incentives if they provide local students
with job shadowing opportunities. Discussion ensued.
XII. CITY ATTORNEY REPORT
Reported the anniversary of the City Manager's Contract is in June and City Manager annual
review is due.
