SUBJECT: Development Review Committee (DRC): Gardens Towne Square SPLN-14-06-
000013. Requesting site plan approval to modify the landscaping, monument sign
and building elevations.
Please provide your comments on the subject DRC petition to the Planning and Zoning Department no
later than 5:00 p.m. on June 27, 2014. Your comments must be forwarded to our office (Attn:
Gretchen Coperine (gcoperine@pbgfl.com) in order to provide written comments to the applicant in
accordance with the timeframes established in the City’s Land Development Regulations. If you have
no comments, please state so in your memo. Additional copies of the complete application are
available in the Planning and Zoning Department. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

MEETING DATE:
A Development Review Committee meeting will be held on Monday, July 21, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in
the Lobby Conference Room to review the following development application:
PALM BEACH GARDENS PETITION NUMBER SPLN-14-06-000013
Gardens Towne Square requesting site plan approval to modify the landscaping, monument sign and
building elevations. The site is located on the south side of Northlake Boulevard, west of Interstate-95.
The applicant will be in attendance at this meeting. Our office requests your participation in the
review of this project. Please review this request and attend the meeting if possible. Receiving your
comments prior to the meeting will provide staff with the ability to give proper direction to the
applicant.
