I. CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting was called to order at 3:31 p.m. by Finance Administrator, Allan Owens.
II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

PRESENT: Allan Owens, Mary Anderson- Pickle, Dindial Laljie.
ABSENT: None.
ALSO PRESENT: Paul Shamoun, Florida League of Cities, Inc.
IV. ADDITIONS, DELETIONS, MODIFICATIONS
None.
V. APPOINTMENT OF TRUSTEE None.
VI. APPROVAL OF MINUTES the minutes from the June 28, 2013 meeting.
Deputy Finance Administrator Mary Anderson- Pickle made a motion to approve the June 28,
2013 minutes.
Dindial Lal_iie seconded.
Motion passed 3 -0.
VII. OLD BUSINESS
None
VIII. NEW BUSINESS
A. Review of Investment Report- Paul Shamoun provided staff with a brief review of the
investment report. Discussion ensued.
B. Approval of fiduciary liability insurance policy- Mary Anderson - Pickle provided staff
with an overview of the fiduciary liability insurance policy/
