6 I. CALL TO ORDER
7 The regular meeting was called to order at 6:03 p .m. by Chair Hansen.

11 Chair Randolph Hansen, Vice Chair Douglas Pennell, Michael Panczak, Roma Josephs, Charles
12 Hathaway, Howard Rosenkranz, Robert Savel.

18 V. REPORT BY ACTING DIRECTOR OF PLANNNING AND ZONING:
19 BAHAREH WOLFS: Reported at the June 5, 2014 City Council meeting that the site plan fo r
20 Parcel C for Alton PCD was approved and the amendment of the Land Development Regulations
21 to remove the deadline for the Northlake Boulevard Overlay Zone was approved on second
22 reading.
23 VI. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
24 Board Member Hathaway made a motion to approve the minutes from the May 13, 2014
25 meeting.
26 Board Member Roma Josephs seconded .
27 Motion passed 7-0 .
28 Chair Hansen asked for any ex parte.

33 PCDA-13-2-000021: Parcel 31.04 -Cimarron Cove Planned Community Development
34 Amendment -A request by Cimarron Cove, LLC, South Gardens, LLC and Hawkeye Central,
35 LLC, owners of Parcel 31.04 Planned Community Development for approval of an amendment to
36 a llow for modifications to the upland preserve.
37 Chair Hansen opened the public hearing.

42 Chair Hansen closed the public hearing.
43 Board Member Panczak made a motion to recommend to City Council PCDA-13-02-000021
44 Board Member Rosenkranz seconded.

2 SPLN-13-12-000012: Parcel 31.04 -Cimarron Cove Site Plan Approval-A request by
3 Cimarron Cove, LLC, South Gardens, LLC and Hawkeye Central, LLC , for approval of a site plan
4 application to allow the development of 341 multi-family dwelling units within the residenti al
5 parcel (Parcel B) of Parcel 31.04 Planned Community Development which is located south of
6 Victoria Falls Boulevard, east of Central Boulevard and Interstate-95 .
7 Chair Hansen opened the public hearing.
