CUMJ-14-04-000030: Palm Beach Community Church at Midtown Daycare
Expansion
A request by Cotleur and Hearing, Inc. on behalf of Palm Beach Community Church to
approve an expansion of a Major Conditional Use of the existing Discoveryland Preschool,
a day care within Midtown Planned Unit Development (PUD), which is located on the north
side of PGA Boulevard, 0.25 miles west of Military Trail.

2. Recommendation to City Council (Public Hearing) — QUASI JUDICIAL HEARING
MISC-14-07-000103: Gardens Towne Square Signage Program
A request by P.B.G.S., Ltd., owners of Gardens Towne Square, to amend the
signage program in order to allow federally registered colors, logos, trademarks and
signage within the Gardens Towne Square shopping center. The subject site is
located on the south side of Northlake Boulevard, west of Interstate 95.

3. Recommendation to City Council (Public Hearing)
LDRA-14-05-000053: City -initiated amendment to the Land Development
Regulations (Postponed from July 8, 2014)
Amending Chapter 78 of the City's Code of Ordinances in order to revise and clarify certain
land development regulations relating to open space, yards, special events, outdoor seating,
landscape, hardscape and nonliving landscape materials, parking, and various definitions, as
necessary for internal consistency.
