SUBJECT: Development Review Committee (DRC) Meeting for Petition PCDA-14-06-000022
– A request for a Planned Community Development (PCD) Amendment to the
Central Gardens PCD to allow for a 140-bed assisted living facility, modifications
to utility easements, upland preserves, PCD buffers, design guidelines, and to
convert retail and office square footage to accommodate an assisted living facility
on Thursday, August 7, 2014 at 10:00 a.m.
Please provide your comments on the subject DRC petition no later than 12:00 noon on Tuesday,
July 22, 2013. Your comments must be forwarded to my attention by that date and time so that

written comments can be given to the applicant in accordance with the timeframes established in the
City’s Land Development Code. Should you have no comments, please indicate so in a memo.
Additional copies of the complete application are available in the Planning & Zoning Department.
MEETING DATE:
A Development Review Committee meeting will be held on Thursday, August 7, 2014, at 10:00
a.m., in the City Hall Lobby Conference Room to review the following development application:
PALM BEACH GARDENS PETITION NUMBER PCDA-14-06-000022
A request by Silverstone Healthcare Company, LLC for an amendment to the Central Gardens PCD
Master Plan to accommodate a 140-bed assisted living facility, modifications to utility easements,
upland preserves, PCD buffers, design guidelines, and a conversion of retail and general office square
footage to assisted living facility.
*Please note that the DRC Meetings for PCDA-14-06-000022 and SPLN-14-06-000014/CUMJ-14-
06-000033 are being combined due to the petitions being interrelated. The plans and documents for
petition SPLN-14-06-000014/CUMJ-14-06-000033 were provided under a separate cover.*
