Recommendation to City Council (Public Hearing) — QUASI JUDICIAL HEARING MISC-14-07-000104: Gardens Station PUD Signage Amendment A request from PGA Development Associates, LC for approval of an amendment to the Gardens Station Planned Unit Development (PUD) Master Signage Program to modify the location of two (2) tenant wall signs on the Gardens Station West building. The subject site is located on RCA Center Drive, approximately 0.25 miles south of PGA Boulevard. S U 0�1- Site Plan no Justification w At time of original approval and development of the site the existing signage was adequate. w Landscaping has matured and blocked the existing building signage. w Tenant's clients/customers are having a hard time finding them resulting in loss of clients/customers, business downsizing, and now vacancy in the building for the first time in 5 years. w Raising the signage rather than significant landscape changes is preferred as the existing landscaping enhances the property and Cityscape. Additionally, we will agree to add two thirty -gallon Adonidias to the east side of the building, facing RCA Center Drive, just behind the existing Ligustrums as mitigation. lit _- - - r C yam.
