CALL TO ORDER 7 The regular meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Chair Hansen. 8 II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 9 III. ROLL CALL 10 Members Present: 11 Chair Randolph Hansen, Michael Panczak, Roma Josephs, Charles Hathaway, Howard 12 Rosenkranz, Robert Savel, Meriel (Honey) Bryan sitting in for Vice Chair Pennell. 13 Members Absent: Vice Chair Pennell 14 Also Present: City Attorney, R. Max Lohman; Director of Planning and Zoning, Natalie Crowley. 15 IV. ADDITIONS, DELETIONS, MODIFICATIONS 16 Director of Planning and Zoning Director Natalie Crowley requested the Board consider 17 reordering and postponing Item #2 to a date certain. 18 Board Member Panczak made a motion to postpone Item #2 to a date certain. 19 Board Member Josephs seconded. 20 Motion passed 7-0. 21 Board Member Panczak made a motion to reorder Item #2 . 22 Board Member Josephs seconded. 23 Motion passed 7-0. 24 V. REPORT BY DIRECTOR OF PLANNNING AND ZONING: NATALIE 25 CROWLEY-Reported at the June 5, 2014 City Council meeting that the first residential site 26 plan for Parcel C for Alton PCD was approved, the amendment of the Land Development 27 Regulations to remove the deadline for the Northlake Boulevard Overlay Zone was approved on 28 second reading, and the Old Palm Parcel Band C site plans was approved. 29 VI. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 30 Board Member Hathaway made a motion to approve the minutes from the June 10, 2014 31 meeting. 32 Board Member Savel seconded. 33 Motion passed 7-0. 34 VII. PUBLIC HEARINGS 35 Board Member Panczak made a motion to postpone Item #2 to a date certain. 36 Board Member Josephs seconded. 37 Motion passed 7-0. 38 2. Recommendation to City Council (Public Hearing)-LDRA-14-05-000053: City-initiated 39 amendment to the Land Development Regulations-Amending Chapter 78 of the City's Code 40 of Ordinances City's in order to revise and clarify certain land development regulations relating to 41 open space, yards, special events, outdoor seating, landscape, hardscape and nonliving landscape 42 materials, parking, and various definitions, as necessary for internal consistency. 43 VIII. PUBLIC WORKSHOPS 44 1. PPUD14-01-000034, ANNX-13-12-000007; CPSS-14-01-000006; CPTA-14-01-000027; 45 LDRA-14-01-000051; CONC-13-12-000025: PGA Waterfront Mixed-Use Project: A request 46 on behalf of the property owners, PGA Partners 100, LLC, regarding a proposed Waterfront Mixed 47 Use Planned Unit Development (WMXD PUD) for a 7.95-acre site, located on the southwest comer PLANNING, ZONING AND APPEALS BOARD REGULAR MEETING 07-QS -14 Page 1 of PGA Boulevard and Ellison Wilson Road.
