6 The regular meeting was called to order at 5:36p.m. by Chair Vincent Cassanetti.

24 Board Member Weingart made a motion to approve the November 19,2013 meeting minutes.

30 VIII. ITEMS BY STAFF LIAISON
31 Director of Planning and Zoning Natalie Crowley requested the Board Members encourage
32 their colleagues in the art community to apply for the Art in Public Places Board; Reported at the
33 December 5, 2013 meeting the City Council unanimously approved the Artistic Bus Shelter
34 Concept;
35 Announced Dawn Sonneborn, Principal Planner will be the new staff liaison for Art in Public
36 Places; Planner, Tamashbeen Rahman reported the current balance in the Art Impact Fund is
37 $726,237.00.

41 A. Franklin Academy Art in Public Places Recommendation to City Council
42 Petitioner: Wendy Tuma, Urban Design Kidlay Studios.

45 Board approved Franklin Academy Art in Public Places. Recommendation to City Council 4-0.
