SUBJECT: Development Review Committee (DRC) Meeting for Petitions PCDA-14-09-
000025/SPLA-14-09-000036: Mirasol Planned Community Development (PCD)
Amendment and Site Plan Amendment Applications for Clubhouse Expansion
TIME: Monday, November 10, 2014 at 2 pm.
Please provide your comments on the subject DRC petitions no later than 12:00 noon on Tuesday,
October 21, 2014. Your comments must be forwarded to my attention by that date and time so that
written comments can be given to the applicant in accordance with the timeframes established in the

City’s Land Development Code. Should you have no comments, please indicate so in a memo.
Additional copies of the complete application are available in the Planning & Zoning Department.
MEETING DATE:
A Development Review Committee meeting will be held in the City Hall Lobby Conference Room
to review the following development applications on Monday, November 10, 2014 at 2 pm:
PALM BEACH GARDENS PETITION NUMBERS PCDA-14-09-000025/SPLA-14-09-000036
A request by Urban Design Kilday Studios for a PCD Amendment to the Mirasol PCD Master Plan for
a proposed expansion from 100,000 square feet to 175,000 square feet for the Mirasol Clubhouse
Facility. The Applicant is also requesting site plan amendments for the Clubhouse and SW
Maintenance Facility. Submitted are plans and documents to reflect the proposed changes to the
clubhouse, esplanade, tennis and pool buildings, as well as to the teaching facility and the emplo yee
parking area. Additional modifications to the clubhouse include the construction of an active aquatics
area, relocation of the spa and the addition of cabanas and aquatic area features.
Please separate all PCD Amendment comments and Site Plan Amendment comments for
organizational purposes.
