SUBJECT: Development Review Committee (DRC) for Petition PCDA-14-09-000024 – La
Posada PCD and site plan amendment to modify the proposed Phase II building to
allow for a new 76-bed Assisted Living Facility
Please provide your comments on the subject DRC petition no later than 12:00 noon on Friday,
October 17, 2014. Your comments must be forwarded to my attention by that date and time so that
written comments can be given to the applicant in accordance with the timeframes established in the
City’s Land Development Code. Should you have no comments, please indicate so in a memo.
Additional copies of the complete application are available in the Planning & Zoning Department.

A Development Review Committee meeting will be held at 10 AM on Wednesday, November 12,
2014.
PALM BEACH GARDENS PETITION NO. PCDA-14-09-000024
A request by Gentile Glas Holloway O’Mahoney & Associates, Inc. (2GHO) as agent for the owner,
KC Palm Beach Gardens, LLC (Kisco) for a PCD and site plan amendment for the La Posada Senior
Living Facility to allow for the build out of the Phase II units in a revised building footprint. The new
building will be a 76-bed assisted living facility with 4 stories. The height is increased to provide for
ground floor parking, tucked under the first floor units.
