6 The regular meeting was called to order at 8:01p.m. by Chair Buckley.

10 PRESENT: Chair Tory Buckley , Vice Chair Maryanne Hedrick, Howard Nass, Christopher
11 Dinolfo, Carol Dutra Ellis.

14 Council Liaison, Council Member Marcie Tinsley; Recreation Director, Staff Liaison Laura

18 V. APPROVAL OF MIN UTES
19 Board Member Nass made a motion to approve the April21 , 2014 meeting minutes .
20 Board Member Hedrick seconded.
21 Motion passed 5-0.
22 VI. ITEMS BY COUNCIL LIASON
23 Council Liaison, Council Member Marcie Tinsley
24 Suggested there be a workshop regarding the park on Central Boulevard. Discussion ensued;
25 Reported the meeting with the PBGY AA was beneficial.
26 VII. ITEMS BY STAFF LIAISON
27 Recreation Director, Staff Liaison Laura Schuppert
28 Announced there is an Invitation to Bid out for five additional tennis courts and groundbreaking
29 will be September.
30 VIII. OLD BUSINESS
31 A. Mi rasol Park Playground Project
32 Recreation Director, Staff Liaison Laura Schuppert provided an update on the playground
33 project. Discussion ens ued.
34 IX. NEW BUSINESS

36 X. COMMENTS BY THE PUBLIC

38 XI. COMMENTS BY THE BOARD
39 Board Member Dinolfo suggested the fees to play on the fields are inflated. Discussion ensued.
40 Board Member Hedrick inquired about billing the PB GY AA
41 A. SET QUARTERLY MEETING DATE
42 The board unanimously selected November 17, 2014.

Board Member Hedrick made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
Board Membe r Dinolfo seconded.
Motion passed 5-0.
C hair Buckley adjourned the meeting at 8:30p.m.
