Recommendation to City Council (Public Hearing) – QUASI JUDICIAL HEARING MISC-14-11-000108 Seacoast Banking Center (Regional Center PCD) Signage Amendment A request by Cotleur and Hearing, on behalf of GLL 3001, L.P., to amend the approved sign program for the Seacoast Banking Centre, within the Regional Center Planned Community Development (PCD), by relocating two (2) signs. The Seacoast Banking Centre is located on the northwest corner of PGA Boulevard and Kew Gardens Avenue. Section 78-285, Table 24, Height of signs, to allow for the building identification sign on the south west elevation facing PGA Boulevard and for the tenant identification signs on the west and north east elevations to be located higher than the second floor line. The proposed signs are proposed above the third floor line; the Code limits the height of principal tenant signs and tenant signs to be no higher than the second floor line.
