SUBJECT: Development Review Committee (DRC) Meeting for Petitions PCDA-14-08-
000023/SPLN-14-08-000015 – A request for a land use conversion for 11 additional
apartment units on the east portion of the PCD, modification to the PCD design
guidelines, and site plan approval for 361 multi-family units within Parcel C –
Town Center District on Friday, October 17, 2014 at 10:00 a.m.

MEETING DATE:
A Development Review Committee meeting will be held on Friday, October 17, 2014, at 10:00 a.m.,
in the City Hall Lobby Conference Room to review the following development application:
PALM BEACH GARDENS PETITION NUMBER PUDA-14-08-000023/SPLN-14-08-000015
A request for a land use conversion for 11 additional apartment units on the east portion of the
PCD, modification to the PCD design guidelines, and site plan approval for 361 multi -family
units within Parcel C – Town Center District.=
