1. Recommendation to City Council (Public Hearing) – QUASI JUDICIAL HEARING
PCDA-14-09-000025 – Mirasol Clubhouse PCD Amendment
A request from the Mirasol Club and Association, Inc., for approval of a Planned Community
Development (PCD) Amendment to update the tabular data related to the Mirasol Clubhouse
expansion. The Mirasol PCD is located at the northwest corner of PGA
Boulevard and the Florida Turnpike.

2. Recommendation to City Council (Public Hearing) - QUASI JUDICIAL HEARING
SPLA-14-09-000036 – Mirasol Clubhouse Site Plan Amendment
A request from the Mirasol Club and Association, Inc., for approval of a Site Plan Amendment
to amend the Site Plan for the existing Mirasol Clubhouse from approximately 86,000 square
feet to 143,000 square feet and to provide additional parking spaces at the existing Southwest
Maintenance Facility. The Mirasol Clubhouse is located at the
intersection of Mirasol Way and Mirasol Boulevard within the Mirasol PCD, and the
Southwest Maintenance Facility is located at the southwest corner of the PCD, approximately
240 feet north of PGA Boulevard.
