6 I. CALL TO ORDER
7 The regular meeting was called to order at 8:34 a.m. by Chair Marciano.

10 PRESENT: Chair Mark Marciano, Vice-Chair L. Marc Cohn, Mark Feldmesser, Mark Schulte,
11 Dennis Beran.
12 ABSENT: None.
13 ALSO PRESENT: Mayor, Council Liaison Robert Premuroso; City Manager, Ron Ferris;
14 Finance Administrator, Staff Liaison Allan Owens; Deputy Finance Administrator, Alternate
15 Staff Liaison Mary Anderson-Pickle; Jack Doughney, Deputy City Manager; Patricia Snider,
16 City Clerk; Eric Holdt, Information Technologies Administrator; Natalie Crowley, Director of

21 V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES for the July 24, 2014 Meeting.
22 Board Member Beran made a motion to approve the July 24,2014 Minutes.
23 Vice Chair Cohn seconded.
24 Motion passed 5-0.
25 VI. ITEMS BY COUNCIL LIAISON
26 Mayor, Council Liaison Robert Premuroso
27 None.
28 VII. ITEMS BY STAFF LIAISON.
29 1. City Manager Ron Ferris thanked the Budget Oversight Committee for their voluntary
30 service to the community. Presented a five minute video of the 2014-2015 budget brief by
31 Finance Administrator, Allan Owens.
32 2. Budget Oversight Committee Discussion of Advisory Report.
33 Finance Administrator, Staff Liaison Allan Owens
34 Budget Oversight Committee provided specific items outline in their report that would be
35 presented to City Council at the September 3, 2014 City Council meeting. Discussion ensued.
36 Projects Director, Charlotte Presensky provided a brief presentation on the construction and
37 design of the clubhouse at the City's Golf Course; Police Chief Stephen Stepp provided a
38 presentation of the proposed police training facility.
39 VIII. OLD BUSINESS
40 Board Member Beran inquired about the status of the design of the clubhouse for the City's
41 golf course. Discussion ensued.
