7.)Clean & repaint exterior walls (including fascia boards)where needed to
show no evidence of staining or discoloration.
8.)Replace rotted/damaged fascia boards where needed to show state of good
repair.
9.)Replace all boarded/damaged door & windows where needed to show state
of good repair(permits required, contact City Building Department at 561-799-
4201 to inquire).
10.)Obtain required permits from the City Building Department at 561-799-
4201 to make repairs to interior structure due to fire damage.

and exhibit clear evidence of leaks into the interior of the structure as well as through .
the overhangs.
IPMC 304.13.2 Operable windows-Windows are inoperable and incapable of being.
held in position by window hardware.
IPMC 603.1 Mechanical appliances-Mechanical ductwork appears to be in despair
and is unsafe and unsanitary for use.
IPMC 604.3 Electrical system hazards-The electrical system has experienced
significant deterioration due to extended periods of water infiltration in the utility room.
