IPMC 304.2 Protective treatment – Exterior surfaces on the structure are not . maintained in good condition. IPMC 304.4 Structural members-Structural members in the western utility room including but not limited to beams,rafters,trusses,fascia board,eaves and overhangs display evidence of severe decay. IPMC 304.6 Exterior walls- Exterior walls are not maintained in a weatherproof Condition. IPMC 307.7 Roofs and drainage-The stucture’s roof and flashings are not sound and exhibit clear evidence of leaks into the interior of the structure as well as through . the overhangs. IPMC 304.13.2 Operable windows-Windows are inoperable and incapable of being. held in position by window hardware. IPMC 603.1 Mechanical appliances-Mechanical ductwork appears to be in despair and is unsafe and unsanitary for use. IPMC 604.3 Electrical system hazards-The electrical system has experienced significant deterioration due to extended periods of water infiltration in the utility room.
