our Department witnessed The Cigar Bar playing live music without a permit.
February 14, 15, 21, 22 and March 1, 2013. Our officers, our front counter staff
and our Planning & Zoning Departments had all informed, Brock Development
Corporation, the owner of The Cigar Bar and the Manager of the Cigar Bar that
the live music could not be played until the permit was actually obtained.
