SUBJECT: Development Review Committee (DRC) Meeting for PUDA-15-01-000058 &
CONC-15-01-000029 – PGA Commons Parcels 2 and 3 Planned Unit Development
(PUD) Amendment and Concurrency Approval
TIME: Tuesday, March 3, 2015 at 11:00 am in the City Hall Lobby Conference Room
Please provide your comments on the subject DRC petition no later than 12:00 noon on Wednesday,
February 11, 2015. Your comments must be forwarded to my attention by that date and time so that
written comments can be given to the applicant in accordance with the timeframes established in the
City’s Land Development Code. Should you have no comments, please indicate so in a memo.
Additional copies of the complete application are available in the Planning & Zoning Department.

MEETING DATE:
A Development Review Committee meeting will be held in the City Hall Lobby Conference Room
to review the following development application on Tuesday, March 3, 2015 from 11 am to 12 pm.
PALM BEACH GARDENS PETITION NUMBERS PUDA-15-01-000058 & CONC-15-01-
000029:
On behalf of PGA Commons 2, LLC, and PGA Commons 3, LLC, this application is being submitted
to request a PUD Amendment to allow the combination of PGA Commons 2 PUD and PGA Commons
3 PUD’s into one unified PUD. The proposed PUD application will allow cross access and cross
parking, memorializing the previously approved and adopted practices and policies with regard to the
physical development of the properties, updating of the data for the project and establishment of a
methodology for allowing a flexible mixture of uses for the project.
