6 The regular meeting was called to order at 6:02 p.m. by Chair Buckley.
7 I. CALL TO ORDER

10 PRESENT: Chair Tory Buckley, Vice Chair Carol Dutra Ellis (arrived at 6:10), Maria
11 Marino, Jo seph Mullings, Christopher Dinolfo, Bruce Bonvento sitting in for Howard Nass
12 ABSENT: Howard Nass
13 ALSO PRESENT:
14 Council Liaison, Council Member Marcie Tinsley; Recreation Director, Staff Liaison Laura
15 Schuppert.
16 IV. ADDITIONS, DELETIONS, MODIFICATIONS
17 None.
18 V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES from the November 14,2014 meeting.
19 Board Member Marino made a motion to approve the November 14, 2014 Minutes.
20 Board Member Mullings seconded.
21 Motion passed 6-0.
22 VI. ITEMS BY COUNCIL LIAISON
23 Council Liaison, Council Member Marcie Tinsley
24 Reported the PBGY AA had its Softball opening on February 6, 2015; Provided an update on the
25 status of the City Park; Announced there will be a cooperative meeting in April with elected
26 officials in the North County area and Palm Beach County Commissioner Hal V aleche and she
27 will provide an update to the RAB members.
28 VII. ITEMS BY STAFF LIAISON
29 Recreation Director, Staff Liaison Laura Schuppert
30 Announced the Riverside Youth Enrichment Center received the Accredited Professional
31 Preschool Learning Environment (APPLE) Accreditation on February 24,2015.
32 VIII. OLD BUSINESS
33 a. City Park and Tennis Center Parking Improvements update and presentation by Team Plan.
34 Principal Bill Whiteford, Team Plan provided an update on the Tennis Center Parking
35 Improvements. Discussion ensued.
36 b. Tennis Center Courts Grand Opening.
37 Recreation Director, Staff Liaison Laura Schuppert provided an update on the Tennis Center
38 Expansion Project. Announced the Grand Opening on March 28, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. an d all the
39 RAB members will receive an invitation to the Grand Opening. Discussion ensued.
40 c. Field Drainage Initiative update.
41 Recreation Director, Staff Liaison Laura Schuppert provided an update on the Field Drainage
42 Initiative. Discussion ensued.
43 d. Mirasol Playground/Fitness Project.
44 Recreation Director, Staff Liason Laura Schuppert provided an update on the Mirasol
45 Playground/F itness Project. Discussion ensued. Announced the Grand Opening will be on March
46 25, 2015 at 4:00 and all RAB members will receive an invitation to the Grand Opening.

48 X. Lilac Park Land Water Conservation Fund Grant

1 Recreation Director, Staff Liason Laura Schuppert announced the City has applied for a
2 grant for Lilac Park. Discussion ensued.
3 X. COMMENTS BY THE PUBLIC
4 Martha Gilbert, 6 Guillard Court, Palm Beach Gardens.
5 XI. COMMENTS BY THE BOARD
6 Vice Chair Ellis inquired about the board meeting more than four times a year. Discussion
7 ensued.
8 XI. SET NEXT QUARTERLY MEETING AND ANNUAL JOINT MEETING WITH
9 PBGY AA EXECUTIVE BOARD MEETING DATE
10 The board unanimously selected May 18, 2015.
11 XII. ADJOURNMENT
12 Board Member Marino made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
13 Board Member Mullings seconded.
14 Motion passed 7-0.
15 Chair Buckley adjourned the meeting at 7:00p.m.

17 The next meeting will be a joint meeting with PBGY AA followed by a regularly scheduled
18 board meeting on May 18, 2015.
