7 The regular meeting was called to order at 8:33 a.m. by Chair Marciano.

17 Board Member Schulte made a motion to approve the April23, 2015 Minutes.

25 Finance Administrator Allan Owens provided a presentation on the Comprehensive Annual

28 Finance Administrator Allan Owens provided a presentation on the status of the preparation
29 for the FY 2016 Budget. Discussion ensued.
