6 I. CALL TO ORDER
7 The regular meeting was called to order at 8 :32a.m. by Chair Marciano.
8 II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

10 PRESENT: Chair Mark Marciano, Vice-Chair L. Marc Cohn, Mark Schulte, Mark Feldmesser,
11 Dennis Beran.
12 ABSENT: None .
13 ALSO PRESENT: Finance Administrator, Staff Liaison Allan Owens; Deputy Finance
14 Administrator, Alternate Staff Liaison Mary Anderson-Pickle.
15 IV. ADDITIONS, DELETIONS, MODIFICATIONS
16 None.
17 V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES for the May 28, 2015 Meeting.
18 Board Member Schulte made a motion to approve the May 28,2015 Minutes.
19 Board Member Cohn seconded.
20 Motion passed 5-0.
21 VI. ITEMS BY COUNCIL LIAISON
22 None.
23 VII. ITEMS BY STAFF LIAISON.
24 Finance Administrator, Staff Liaison Allan Owens
25 1. FY2016 Budget Update
26 Finance Administrator Allan Owens provided a presentation updating FY 2016 Budget.
27 Discussion ensued.
28 VIII. OLD BUSINESS

30 IX. NEW BUSINESS
31 Board Member Feldmesser inquired about the term limits of the Budget Oversight Committee
32 members. Discussion ensued.

36 Chair Marciano ask the Board Members to change the date of the July Budget Oversight
3 7 meeting due to a scheduling conflict.
