6 The regular meeting was called to order at 6:01p.m. by Chair Hansen.

9 Members Present:
10 Chair Randolph Hansen, Vice Chair Douglas Pennell, Michael Panczak, Roma Josephs, Meriel
11 (Honey) Bryan, Howard Rosenkranz, Robert Savel,
12 Members Absent: None.
13 Also Present: City Attorney, R. Max Lohman; Director of Planning and Zoning, Natalie Crowley.

19 VI. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
20 Board Member Rosenkranz made a motion to approve the March 10, 2015 Minutes.
21 Board Member Savel seconded.
22 Motion passed 7-0.
23 Chair Hansen asked for any ex parte.
24 None.
25 VII. PUBLIC HEARINGS
26 Those preparing to give testimony were sworn in.
27 1. Recommendation to City Council --QUASI JUDICIAL HEARING -PUDA-14-08-
28 000056 and CUMJ-14-08-000034 -Donald Ross Village PUD Amendment and Major
29 Conditional Use-A request from Donald Ross Village Core Shopping Center Association, Inc. for
30 a Planned Unit Development (PUD) Amendment and Major Conditional Use approval to relocate
31 Building C and approve a phasing plan for Building D. The Donald Ross Village PUD is located at
32 the southeast comer of Central Boulevard and Donald Ross Road.
33 Chair Hansen opened the public hearing.
34 Petitioner: Marty Minor, Urban Design Kilday Studios.
35 Staff Presentation: Senior Planner, Tamashbeen Rahman.
36 Public comment: Michael Wright, 4501 Artesa Way, Palm Beach Gardens.
37 Chair Hansen closed the public hearing.
38 Board Member Panczak made a motion to approve recommend to City Council PUDA-14-08-
39 000056
40 Board Member Rosenkranz seconded.
41 Motion passed 7-0.
42 Board Member Panczak made a motion to approve recommend to City Council CUMJ-14-08-
43 000034 with the operating hours for the major conditional use from 5:00a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
44 Board Member Joseph seconded.
45 Motion passed 5-2.
46 Chair Hansen and Board Member Savel opposed.
