Your comments must be forwarded to my attention by that date and time so that written comments can be given to the applicant in accordance with the timeframes established in the City's Land Development Code. Should you have no comments, please indicate so in a memo. Additional copies of the complete application are available in the Planning & Zoning Department. MEETING DATE: A Development Review Committee meeting will be held in the City Hall Lobby Conference Room to review the following development application on Friday, August 14, 2015 at 11:00 AM. PALM BEACH GARDENS PETITION NUMBER SPLA -15-07-000039 & CUMJ-15-07-000036 A request from Core States, Inc., on behalf of Taco Bell America, LLC to demolish and reconstruct the existing fast food restaurant with drive-through at Northlake Commons. The subject site is generally located on the north side of Northlake Boulevard, 0.2 miles East of Interstate -95. It has a zoning designation of General Commercial (CG -1) and a Future Land Use designation of Commercial. Thank you for your ongoing cooperation and assistance.
