DATE/TIME: Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at 3:00 PM
Please provide your comments on the subject DRC petition no later than 5:00 PM on Thursday,
August 27, 2015. Your comments must be forwarded to my attention by that date and time so that
written comments can be given to the Applicant in accordance with the timeframes established in the
City's Land Development Regulations. Should you have no comments, please indicate so in a memo.
Additional copies of the complete application are available in the Planning & Zoning Department.
MEETING DATE:
A Development Review Committee meeting will be held in the City Hall Lobby Conference Room
to review the following development application on Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at 3:00 PM.
PALM BEACH GARDENS PETITION NUMBER SPLN-15-08-000021
A request from Urban Design Kilday Studios, LLC on behalf of Central Gardens, LLC to develop a
new 124 -unit multifamily apartment complex at Central Gardens PCD. The subject site is generally
located on the west side of Central Boulevard, 0.4 miles south of Hood Road. It has a zoning
designation of Planned Community Development (PCD) and a Future Land Use designation of Mixed
Use (MXD). It is adjacent to the City's Parkway System.
