rooms, 500,000 square feet of retail,  •2,700 residential homes. 5 Request| Site Plan Approval •Carrier Corporation is requesting Site Plan  Approval for the first non‐residential  development within the Alton PCD. The project  consists of 30 acres within Parcel B located at  the intersection of Donald Ross Road and 1‐95. •This application for a 241,400 SF Center for  Intelligent Buildings. The Site Plan also reflects  the potential for future development of  458,600 SF  of building area representing the  total 700,000 SF allocated by contract to this  parcel. 6
