1. Recommendation to City Council (Public Hearing) – QUASI JUDICIAL HEARING
MISC-14-10-000107: Gardens Commerce Center Planned Unit Development (PUD)
Master Signage Program
A request for HearUSA, Inc., to amend the approved sign program for the Gardens Commerce
Center Planned Unit Development (PUD), within Plat 7, in order to allow federally
trademarked logos and colors, and to increase the allowable primary identification sign letter
height to 30 inches. The Gardens Commerce Center PUD is located on the west side of
