6 The regular meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m. by Mayor Jablin.

9 PRESENT: Mayor Jablin, Vice Mayor Levy, Council Member Russo, Council Member Tinsley.
10 ABSENT: Council Member Premuroso.
11 III. ADDITIONS, DELETIONS, MODIFICATIONS
12 Mayor Jablin requested item I under Consent Agenda be moved to the March 3, 2016 City
13 Council Meeting.
14 Vice Mayor Levy made a motion to move item I to the March 3, 2016 City Council Meeting.
15 Council Member Russo seconded.
16 Motion passed 4-0.
17 Mayor Jablin asked for a moment of silence in memory of Parks and Recreation Advisory
18 Board member Tory Buckley.
19 IV. ANNOUNCEMENTS AND PRESENTATIONS
20 a. VETERANS CHECK PRESENTATION .
21 b. FLORIDA LEAGUE OF CITIES -RECOGNITION AW ARDS TO MAYOR JABLIN AND
22 COUNCIL MEMBER RUSSO FOR THEIR YEARS OF SERVICE.

24 Vice Mayor David Levy: Announced the Palm Beach Historical Society Meeting will be held
25 on Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at Christ Fellowship; Attended the PGA National Property
26 Owners Annual Meeting on January 22nd; Palm Beach County League of Cities Meeting;
27 Loxahatchee River Managment Coordinating Council Meeting; Bioscience Land Protection
28 Advisory Board; Expressed his appreciation to Mayor Jablin and Council Member Russo for
29 their leadership and stated Council Member Russo will be missed when he is no longer a City
30 Council member.
31 Council Member Marcie Tinsley: Expressed her appreciation and gratitude to Mayor Jablin
32 and Council Member Russo for their leadership; Wished Council Member Premuroso a Happy
33 Birthday; Attended St. Clare's Catholic Church where the children prayed for the public
34 officials.
35 Council Member Joseph Russo: Attended the State of the County Event; Thanked Council
36 Member Tinsley and staff for the dedication of City Park in his honor. Attended the Bioscience
3 7 Land Protection Advisory Board; Attended the Honda Classic Meeting; Attended the opening of
38 the Jupiter Medical Center Pediatric Care Unit; Requested a resolution in support of the Corey
39 Jones Legislature.
40 Council Member Robert Premuroso: Absent.
41 Mayor Eric Jablin: Thanked staff for their hard work with the Green Market and encouraged
42 residents to attend.

8 Winter Edition is now available; Presented the Police Department with thank you notes from
9 first graders from Timber Trace Elementary for their protection during an incident.
