Recommendation to City Council (Public Hearing) – QUASI JUDICIAL HEARING SPLA-16-02-000041: United Technologies Corporation (UTC) Site Plan Amendment A request by Carrier Corporation to reduce the Center for Intelligent Buildings Technology Complex building’s footprint from 241,400 square feet to 224,066 square feet, and provide for architectural, site, and landscape plan modifications. The Center for Intelligent Buildings Technology Complex is located in the north portion of Parcel B within the Alton Planned Community Development (PCD). The Alton PCD is generally located at south of Donald Ross Road, north of Hood Road and east and west of Interstate 95. Project Manager: Peter Hofheinz, Principal Planner, phofheinz@pbgfl.com 2.
