Recommendation to City Council (Public Hearing) – QUASI JUDICIAL HEARING MISC-16-05-000119: Gardens Station Planned Unit Development (PUD) A request from PGA Development Associates, LC, to modify the Site Plan to add 20 covered parking structures over existing parking spaces within the Gardens Station Planned Unit Development (PUD). Gardens Station PUD is located between RCA Drive and Alternate A1A, north of RCA Boulevard. Project Manager: Gaby Serrano, Planner, gserrano@pbgfl.com 2. Recommendation to City Council (Public Hearing) – QUASI JUDICIAL HEARING SPLN-14-10-000016: Alton Parcel E requesting approval of the Alton Community Recreation and Fitness Facility Site Plan A request by the Kolter Group for site plan approval of a 3.5-acre Recreation and Clubhouse Fitness Facility located within northeast corner Parcel E at the intersection of Alton Road and Grandiflora Road in the Alton Planned Community Development (PCD).
