8 The regular meeting was cal led to order at 3:00p.m. by Finance Administrator, Allan Owens.

18 City Manager Designee Anderson-Pickle made a motion to approve the June 6, 2014 Minutes.
19 Dindial Laljie seconded.
20 Motion passed 3-0.
21 City Manager Designee Anderson-Pickle made a motion to ap prove the June 11 , 2014
22 Minutes.

25 VII. OLD BUSINESS

27 VIII. NEW BUSINESS
28 a. Review Actuarial Valuation -Paul Shamoun provided staff with a brief review of the
29 actuarial valuation.
30 City Manager Designee Anderson-Pickle made a motion to approve the Actuarial Valuation.
31 Dindial Laljie seconded.
32 Motion passed 3-0.
33 b. Review Investment Performance -Paul Shamoun provided staff with a brief review of the
34 investment performance. Discussion ensued.
35 c. Discuss GASB 67-Paul Shamoun reported that the figures would be out in a few days and
36 he would email the information to staff when it becomes avai lab le. Discussion ensued.
