CALL TO ORDER 6 The regular meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Chair Hansen. 7 II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 8 III. ROLL CALL 9 Members Present: IO Chair Randolph Hansen, Vice Chair Douglas Pennell, Carl Sabatello, Roma Josephs, Meriel II (Honey) Bryan, Howard Rosenkranz, Robert Savel. PUBLIC HEARINGS 24 Those preparing to give testimony were sworn in. 25 1. Recommendation to City Council --QUASI JUDICIAL HEARING -SPLA-16-02- 26 000041: United Technologies Corporation (UTC) Site Plan Amendment -A request by Carrier 27 Corporation to reduce the Center for Intelligent Buildings Technology Complex building's footprint 28 from 241,400 square feet to 224,066 square feet, and provide for architectural, site, and landscape 29 plan modifications. The Center for Intelligent Buildings Technology Complex is located in the north 30 portion of Parcel B within the Alton Planned Community Development (PCD). The Alton PCD is 31 generally located at south of Donald Ross Road, north of Hood Road and east and west of Interstate 32 95. 33 Chair Hansen opened the public hearing. 34 Petitioner: Donaldson Hearing, Cotleur and Hearing. 35 StaffPresentation: Principal Planner, Peter Hofbeinz. 36 Public comment: None. 37 Chair Hansen closed the public hearing. 38 Board Member Rosenkranz made a motion to recommend to City Council SPLA-16-02- 39 000041. 40 Board Member Savel seconded. 4I Motion passed 6-1. 42 43 VIII.
