MINUTE" OF COUNCIL
A meeting of the City Council was head at 1001 Park Avenue, Lake
Park, Florida, at 10 :00 o'clock A. TI, on August 23, 1960, in accordance
with a notice of public hearing relating to a Zoning Ordinance and Zoning
Map for the City of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
The meeting was called to order by the Mayor.
The Clerk declared a quorum of the Council to be present.
ZCNING ORDINANCE: The ?"ayor announced that this was a public hearing of a
proposed Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map for the City of Palm Beach Gardens
in accordance -,:ith notice given.
The Zoning Ordinance and Trap attached thereto was read, examined and
discussed for a second and final time, and there being no objection offered
or heard, it was resolved by the Council that the Zoning Ordinance be enacted
in the manner and form as set forth in said Zoning Ordinance.
The meeting was then adjourned.
