This matter came before the Hearing Officer on February 23, 2009, without the
Defendant present.
Accordingly, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Parking Violation issued on October 16, 2008,
is hereby UPHELD. Defendant shall pay the $250.00 fine associated with such violation
within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order. A copy of said ticket is attached hereto and
incorporated herein by this reference.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at the City of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida this
