SUBJECT: SPLN-16-04-000023 - A request for a site plan approval for residential dwelling
units within Parcels D, E, and F of the Alton PCD. The Applicant is proposing 316
single family dwelling units and 199 townhome units.
Please provide your comments on the subject DRC petition no later than 12:00 noon on Friday, May
13, 2016. Your comments must be forwarded to my attention by that date and time so that written
comments can be given to the applicant in accordance with the timeframes established in the City’s
Land Development Code. Should you have no comments, please indicate so in a memo. Additional
copies of the complete application are available in the Planning & Zoning Department.

MEETING DATE:
A Development Review Committee meeting will be held on Thursday, June 2, 2016 at 2:00 PM in
the City Hall Lobby Conference Room to review the following development application:
SPLN-16-04-000023
A request for a site plan approval for residential dwelling units within Parcels D, E, and F of the
Alton PCD. The Applicant is proposing 316 single family dwelling units and 199 townhome units.
