6 Assistant to the City Clerk informed the Board per City Code, in the absence of the Chair and
7 Vice Chair, the Board is required to approve by motion and vote a Chair Pro Tern to conduct the
8 meeting.
9 Board Member Millar nominated Board Member Koo for Chair Pro Tern.
10 Board Member Bullitt seconded.
11 Motion passed 6-0.
12 I. CALL TO ORDER
13 The meeting was called to order by Chair ProTem Koo at 5:40p.m.

26 Chair ProTem Koo nominated Charles Millar for Chair.

36 Vice Chair Koo made a motion to approve the April 21, 2015 minutes

44 Reported there is $435,815.00 in the Art Impact Fund; Provided an update on the Artistic Bus

4 7 Announced two petitions, Northlake Gardens and Harbour Chase ALF will be coming before the
48 Board at the next AIPP meeting.
