39 Vice Mayor Jablin made a motion to approve Phase 1 of the Shady Lakes Extension and
40 authorize the City Manager to take all actions and execute all necessary documents to construct
41 the southern part of Phase 2 of Shady Lakes Drive including the intersection improvement at
42 PGA Blvd and Shady Lakes Drive which includes but not limited to the fund for staffing,
43 procurement, and professional services and any other related activities.
44 Councilmember Marino seconded.
45 Motion passed 3-1 .
46 Councilmember Premuroso opposed.
47 XIII. ADJOURNMENT
48 Vice Mayor Jablin made a motion to adjourn.
