SUBJECT: PPUD-16-03-000040/CUMJ-16-03-000041 – Business Center at the Gardens
request to Redevelop 3.44 Acres for a Self-Storage Facility with Professional
Office.
Please provide your comments on the subject DRC petition no later than 12:00 noon on Friday, April
29, 2016. Your comments must be forwarded to my attention by that date and time so that written
comments can be given to the applicant in accordance with the timeframes established in the City’s
Land Development Code. Should you have no comments, please indicate so in a memo. Additional
copies of the complete application are available in the Planning & Zoning Department.

A Development Review Committee meeting will be held in the City Hall Lobby Conference Room
to review the following development application at 9:00 am on Friday, May 20, 2016.
PALM BEACH GARDENS PETITION NUMBER PPUD-16-03-000040/CUMJ-16-03-000041
A request from Managed Land Entitlements on behalf of Nuvo Development, LLC to Rezone
3.44 Acres at Business Center at the Gardens from Light Industrial Zoning District (M1A) to a
Planned Unit Development (PUD) overlay with an underlying zoning designation of M1A, and to
redevelop the property to include Professional Office and a Self-Storage Facility. A Self Service
Storage facility is classified as a Major Conditional Use within the MIA Zoning District. The
subject site is generally located east of Riverside Drive and north of Buckeye Street within Plat 7
(Unrecorded).
