SUBJECT: PUDA-16-05-000064/CONC-16-05-000034-Midtown Planned Unit Development
(PUD) requesting an amendment to develop residential townhomes and specialty
grocery
Please provide your comments on the subject DRC petition no later than 5:00PM on Thursday, June
9, 2016. Your comments must be forwarded to my attention by that date and time so that written
comments can be given to the applicant in accordance with the timeframes established in the City's
Land Development Code. Should you have no comments, please indicate so in a memo. Additional
copies of the complete application are available in the Planning & Zoning Department.

MEETING DATE:
A Development Review Committee meeting will be held in the City Hall Lobby Conference Room
to review the following development application at 2:00PM on Thursday, July 7, 2016.
PALM BEACH GARDENS PETITION NUMBERS PUDA-16-05-000064/CONC-16-05-000034
A request from Urban Design Kilday Studios, LLC on behalf of Ascend PGA Midtown, LLC to
amend Midtown Planned Unit Development (PUD) master plan for the development of 63 multi-
family residential townhomes and a standalone specialty grocery store on the vacant additional
open space parcel. Concurrency review is required for this petition. Midtown PUD is located on
the north side of PGA Boulevard approximately 114 mile west of North Military Trail and is
approximately 47.11 acres in size.
