6 I. CALL TO ORDER
7 The regular meeting was called to order at 8:32 a.m. by Chair Marciano.
8 II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

10 PRESENT: Chair Mark Marciano, Vice-Chair L. Marc Cohn, Mark Feldrnesser, Mark Schulte,
11 Dennis Beran.
12 ABSENT: None.
13 ALSO PRESENT: Mayor, Council Liaison Robert Premuroso; Finance Administrator, Staff
14 Liaison Allan Owens; Deputy Finance Administrator, Alternate Staff Liaison Mary Anderson-
IS Pickle.
16 IV. ADDITIONS, DELETIONS, MODIFICATIONS
17 None.
18 V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES for the July 16, 2015 meeting.
19 Board Member Feldmesser made a motion to approve the July 16, 2015 minutes.
20 Board Member Schulte seconded.
21 Motion passed 5-0.
22 VI. ITEMS BY COUNCIL LIAISON
23 Mayor, Council Liaison Robert Premuroso
24 Reported the proposed budget is now on the City's website; Announced he has begun his review
25 of the budget in order to prepare for meetings with City staff for the September 1Oth budget
26 hearing.
27 VII. ITEMS BY STAFF LIAISON.
28 1. Discussed and Finalize Budget Advisory Committee Report
29 Finance Administrator Allan Owens thanked the committee for their input and explained the
30 scope and responsibilities of the Budget Oversight Committee. Discussion ensued.

35 X. COMMENTS BY THE PUBLIC

38 Board Member Cohn concurred with Councilrnember Premuroso comments regarding City
39 reserves.
