7 The regular meeting was called to order at 5:45p.m. by Chair Millar.

11 PRESENT: Chair Charles Millar, Vice Chair Robert Koo, Vincent Cassanetti, Ilene Gerber,
12 Amy Mauser.
13 ABSENT: Marci Bulitt, Sarah McCarthy.
14 ALSO PRESENT: Vice Mayor, Council Liaison, Eric Jablin; Principal Planner, Staff Liaison,
15 Dawn Sonneborn.
16 IV. ADDITIONS, DELETIONS, MODIFICATIONS
17 Reorder the agenda to move Item VI Items by Council Liaison after Item IX New Business.
18 Vice Chair Koo made a motion to move Item VI.
19 Board Member Mauser seconded.
20 Motion passed 5-0.
21 V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
22 Board Member Gerber made a motion to approve the February 16,2016 minutes.
23 Board Member Cassanetti seconded.
24 Motion passed 5-0.
25 VII. ITEMS BY STAFF LIAISON
26 Principal Planner, Staff Liaison Dawn Sonneborn
27 Reported there is $274,048.00 in the Art in Public Places Fund; Announced 9 Artistic Bus
28 Shelters have been installed and 2 are in manufacturing; Announced the Signature City
29 Magazine features Art In Public Places throughout the City.

33 A. HARBOURCHASE ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY-AIPP-16-01-000037
34 Petitioner: Lucy Keshavarz, Art and Culture Group Inc.

36 Public Comment: None.
37 Board Member Cassanetti made a motion to recommend to City Council AIPP-16-01-000037.
38 Board Member Koo seconded.
39 Motion passed 5-0.
40 B. NORTHLAKE GARDENS PUD-AIPP-16-04-000039
41 Petitioner: Nicole Plunkett, Cotleur and Hearing.
42 StaffPresentation: Principal Planner, Dawn Sonneborn
43 Public Comment: None.
44 Board Member Mauser made a motion to request that the applicant return to the Art in Public
45 Places Advisory Board with a proposal for using space along Northlake Boulevard for a piece of
46 art.
47 Board Member Cassanetti seconded.
48 Motion passed 5-0.
