ORDER
Originally, this Hearing Officer entered an Order for Defendant to pay the $250.00
penalty associated with Parking Violation Notice #1574. Thereafter, Defendant petitioned for
a re- hearing, which was granted. However, before this case was heard, the Defendant
agreed to pay the fine.
Accordingly, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Parking Violation issued on September 27,
2008, is hereby UPHELD. Defendant shall pay the $250.00 fine associated with such
violation within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order. A copy of said ticket is attached
hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at the City of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida this
17th day of March, 2009.
