Please provide your comments on the subject petitions no later than 5:00 PM on Friday, July 22,
2016. Your comments must be forwarded to my attention by that date and time so that written
comments can be given to the Applicant in accordance with the timeframes established in the City’s
Land Development Code. Should you have no comments, please indicate so in a memo. Additional
copies of the complete application are available in the Planning & Zoning Department.

PCDA-16-06-000028 - Frenchman’s Reserve Request to Modify Existing Golf Course and
Preservation Areas
A request by Cotleur & Hearing as agent for the owner, Frenchman’s Reserve Country Club, Inc., for a
PCD Amendment for proposed modifications to the existing configuration of the golf course and
preserve areas within the Frenchman’s Reserve Planned Community Development (PCD).
Frenchman’s Reserve is located on the south side of Alternate A1A, at the intersection of Hood Road
and Alternate A1A in the City of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
