Frenchman’s Reserve Clubhouse Requesting Modifications to the Existing
Clubhouse and Surrounding Amenities
DATE/TIME: August 26, 2016 at 10:00am.
Please provide your comments on the subject DRC petition no later than 12:00 noon on Wednesday,
August 10, 2016. Your comments must be forwarded to my attention by that date and time so that
written comments can be given to the applicant in accordance with the timeframes established in the

City’s Land Development Code. Should you have no comments, please indicate so in a memo.
Additional copies of the complete application are available in the Planning & Zoning Department.
MEETING DATE:
A Development Review Committee meeting will be held in the City Hall Lobby Conference Room
to review the following development application at 10:00 am on Friday, August 26, 2016.
PALM BEACH GARDENS PETITION NUMBER SPLA-16-07-000042
A request from Cotleur and Hearing on behalf of Frenchman’s Reserve Country Club, Inc. for a
site plan amendment to construct a new tennis center, restaurant, golf teaching facility, service
access, bag drop-off and porte-cochere, and to allow increases in vehicle and golf cart parking
spaces, covered parking, and spa square footage located at the Frenchman’s Reserve Clubhouse
parcel within the Frenchman’s Reserve Planned Community Development (PCD). The
Frenchman’s Reserve PCD is generally located east of the intersection at Alternate A1A and
Hood Road.
