SUBJECT: PGA Corporate Center (a.k.a. Parcel 5A): Requesting approval of a rezoning to PUD
and site plan approval for 450,000 square feet of research and development and 450,000
square feet of general office
Please provide your comments on the subject DRC petitions to the Growth Management Department
no later than 5:00 p.m. on March 24, 2009. Your comments must be forwarded to our office (attn:
Richard Marrero (rmarrerogpbgfl.com) in order to provide written comments to the applicant in
accordance with the timeframes established in the City's Land Development Regulations. Your
comments must be provided by the deadline stated above. Should you have no comments, please
indicate so next to your name on the second page and forward this memo to our office. Additional
copies of the application are available in the Growth Management Department. Thank you for your
attention to this matter.
MEETING DATE:
A Development Review Committee meeting will be held on Thursday, March 26, 2009 at 11:00
a.m., in the City Council Chambers to review the following development applications:
PALM BEACH GARDENS PETITION NUMBER PPUD- 08 -12- 000022— PGA Corporate Center
(Parcel 5A)
A request by Brian Cheguis of Cotleur & Hearing, agent for the applicant, for a rezoning to Planned
Unit Development (PUD) and site plan approval to allow for the development of 450,000 square feet
of research and development and 450,000 square feet of general office. The subject site is located
between I -95 and Alternate AIA, north of PGA Boulevard and south of the Winchester Courts
development.
The applicant will be in attendance at this meeting. Our office requests your participation in the
review of this project. Please review this request and attend the meeting if possible. Receiving your
comments prior to the meeting will provide staff with the ability to give proper direction to the
applicant.
