6 The regular meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Chair Charles Millar.

19 Inquired about creating an Art in Public Places brochure for the art projects in the City.
20 Discussion ensued. Thanked the Board for approving the Compassionate Friends Memorial and
21 announced the ribbon cutting will be on December 10, 2016.

24 Reported there is $580,038.00 in the Art in Public Places Fund.

32 Board Member Cassanetti made a motion to recommend to City Council AIPP-16-08-000040.
33 Board Member McCarthy seconded.
34 Motion passed 5-0.

37 X. COMMENTS BY THE BOARD
38 Chair Millar inquired about the status of the minutes from the June 21, 2016 meeting.
39 Discussion ensued. Chair Millar expressed his support for the art brochure and discussed a
40 possible format for the document. Discussion ensued.
41 XI. SELECT NEXT MEETING DATE
42 The board unanimously approved January 17, 2017.
